We are a well-established, 5-star outdoor barbecue caterer who produce a range of high-quality food made fresh in front of your guests. We are based in the rural countryside of Astbury, Cheshire and cover a large part of the UK. We deliver traditional barbecue methods with a modern-day twist. You and your guests’ mouths will be watering as you hear the sizzles from the barbecue and smell the aroma of spices as they fill the air. Watch our team create your favourite dishes right in front of your eyes. From catering for small numbers up to the masses, we offer a full catering package delivering a unique and fun way of dining that will create a wonderful memory for any event.

We have menu options available to suit all budgets and requirements including foods such as Kebabs 'n' Wraps, Gourmet 'dirty' Burgers, and our real eye catcher - JW's HolyGrill, a Deluxe package using a 4ft Swing grill.

We require no power source and aim to have the smallest carbon footprint of any outdoor caterer, only using 100% compostable packaging and we recycle where possible.
