Our Taco Station offers great fun and is a great addition to a fun-packed event whether day or night. When people are in the swing of a party and the alcohol is flowing, feet are dancing and your guests are engaged in one of the many other activities you have laid on for them, many people don’t want to stop to sit-down for food or wait in a queue for a food truck.
By having our Taco Station, your guests can grab one or two between dancing, send someone over while the other nips to the bar or use it to mingle with new found friends.
The Taco Station can be set up anywhere and offers over 40 tacos at one time. We keep it topped up for either two hours or until everything is gone! This prevents large queues building and lets your guests carry on with what you intended them to do …. Have fun!
We present the tacos with the base ingredients and offer toppings in serving bowls, allowing you and your guests to build each taco to your own desire.

Please note. If you only have a small amount of vegetarians please do not include this in your selection as they will be included in the final menu as an addition.
As a guide we recommend 3 tacos per person or for the smaller appetites 2 per person.

Shredded chicken in a sauce made from tomatoes, chipotle chilli's in adobo and sliced onions. Served on a bed of shredded lettuce, burnt lime mayo and lime zest.
Slow cooked pork shoulder mixed with a hoisin and plum sauce served on a bed of lettuce with home made pickled cucumber strips and crunchy spring onions.
Premium beef steak mince with chilli peppers, tomatoes, and a mix of seasonings including garlic, onions, and cumin. Served with fresh crisp salad, soured cream, grated cheese, guacamole and a tomoato salsa.
18-hour slow cooked beef brisket in a sticky smoky BBQ sauce with home-made pickled red onions and creamy slaw.
Slow cooked pork shoulder marinated in BBQ seasoning and smoky BBQ sauce served on a bed of lettuce with crispy onions and creamy slaw.
Barbecued king prawns cooked in a sticky sweet chilli marinade served on fresh lettuce and finished with a zesty mayo and burnt lime juice.

Smoked Brussels sprouts, pickled red onions, umami sauce and BBQ red peppers, served on a bed of fresh lettuce and topped with crunchy onions.
Home-made Quorn Chilli con Carne. Quorn mince with chilli peppers, tomatoes, and a mix of seasonings including garlic, onions, and cumin. Served with fresh crisp salad, soured cream, grated cheese, guacamole and a tomato salsa.
