A skewer of cubed organic tofu, mushrooms, courgettes, cherry tomatoes & red onions basted in a masala spiced ghee.
SWEET & SMOKEY TOFU AND VEGETABLE KEBAB
A skewer of cubed organic tofu, mushrooms, courgettes, cherry tomatoes & red onions coated in barbecue seasoning and then caramelised with a sweet and smokey barbecue sauce.

HOW IT WORKS
We require a minimum outside flat space of 3x3 metres to set up with access the size of a standard doorway. We need to arrive approx. 1.5 hours before service to set up and unless prior arrangements have been made, we will then serve food for 2 hours. Please contact us should you require service to be longer.
We ask that you select 3 dishes off the menu. Unless discussed an equal amount of each flavour will be provided. Vegan dishes are usually as an extra to the required choices, however if your vegan guest numbers are over a certain amount (dependant on guest number), we ask that you make your vegan dish a menu choice.
