Cooking over our 4ft Swing Grill provides great entertainment and a wonderful example of food theatre for your guests to enjoy on your day.

Food is the way to everyone’s heart and is a great talking point at any event. What better way to get conversations flowing than over a delicious platter of quality food?!?! As they say - There's nothing like a barbecue to bring people together, and this sure hits the spot!

Using our tailor made 4ft swing grill we guarantee your guests will enjoy a true food theatre experience as they take in the smells and sights of the food being cooked over an open fire while they sip their favourite tipple with friends - life does not get better than that!

Using a mixture of naturally fallen South African wood to produce a beautiful aroma and minimal smoke due to its dryness, you can enjoy our swing grill any time of the year, under the cover of our 6-metre gazebo or below the night sky, the choice is yours.

As long as you have space, we can set up anywhere and to continue on our path to have the smallest carbon footprint of any outdoor caterer, we require no gas or electricity.

Whether outside as a buffet style event or used to cook food for a sit down meal, all cooking is done in plain sight so your guests can watch their dish be created from the moment it hits the barbecue until it lands on their plate.

THE ultimate CARVING centerpiece

A centerpiece like no other!! Impress your guests with a table centrepiece like nothing they have seen before - A 65 cm silver or wooden platter of perfectly cooked barbecued meats and sides (Vegetarian/vegan dishes are available).

Platters can be designed to your own requirements.

An example is as follows:-

Sliced butterflied leg of lamb marinated in Ras el Hanout spices

Min. 28-day matured sirloin steaks (Black Angus/Red Hereford)

Tenderised pork tenderloin strips marinated in Tandoori spices

Chicken breast in marinade

Charred halloumi strips

New potatoes roasted on the BBQ and topped with bacon lardons and melted Stilton cheese

Freshly dressed mixed leaf salad and creamy slaw

A medley of Mediterranean veggies

Who is going to be The Carver????

This package can be left unsliced and include a carving knife and booklet detailing what each meat is and how to carve each cut. You can then decide to either let the table decide who is going to be the carver or hide a envelope under someones chair and let them discover their new role.

This is a fantastic way to allow your guest to get to know each other in a fun and memorable way (Insurance required).

At a HolySmoke swing grill buffet there’s no shortage of food! Expect an overabundance of high-quality meats presented for you and your guests to enjoy. Guests can enjoy the show, whilst the food is being perfectly cooked on the grill, and then placed in premium quality chafing dishes.

Food is served from a decorated 6x3m stall providing serving stations to prevent queuing. Food is served on a help-yourself basis with all food being cooked during our time with you and your guests.

All plates, cutlery and napkins are provided and are made of fully compostable, recycled material.

Minimum 50 guests (smaller numbers can be catered for but may occur additional costs)
