Kebabs ‘n’ Wraps
Our kebabs and wraps option will provide a great street food feel to your event. Served from a 3 or 6 metre gazebo, this option is popular with festival goers and can often be seen at events and festivals alike.
All wraps are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients that are both healthy and delicious.
Your guest's mouths will be watering as they follow the journey of their chosen dish, from cooking on the barbecue to watching the team create their dish in front of their eyes.
With many flavours available from Chicken Tikka kebab, Lamb Kofta to our fiery Blackened Cajun. We will have something to suit every taste. All dishes are handmade in a large 12" tortilla with barbecued onions and peppers, fresh salad and a choice of condiments. We ask that you chose 3 dishes off our kebabs ‘n’ wraps menu and leave the rest to us.

CHICKEN TIKKA KEBAB
A skewer of succulent pieces of fresh chicken breast marinated in Indian spice. Wrapped in a large 12" tortilla with barbecued onions and peppers, fresh salad and a choice of condiments. A true HolySmoke favourite!
CHILLI & BURNT LIME KEBAB
A skewer of fresh chicken breast marinated in sweet chilli and finished with a drizzle of juice from a burnt lime. A great summer time dish. Wrapped in a large 12 " tortilla with barbecued onions and peppers, fresh salad and a choice of condiments.
CHICKEN PESTO KEBAB
A skewer of fresh seasoned chicken breast drizzled with pesto on a rocket salad with Parmesan shavings. Wrapped in a large 12" tortilla with barbecued peppers and onions, fresh salad and choice of condiments.
